Business Breakfast Meeting, Networking & Buffet

Nottingham City Council are leading a Business Breakfast Meeting, Networking & Buffet, in partnership with the Independent Business Association, on 15 July. It is to be held at Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham and the Master of Ceremonies will be Colin Slater MBE (pictured left with local legend Carl Froch). In attendance will be Nottingham's City Councillors, civic dignitaries and business leaders.

Celebrity Sports Drive - Summer Charity Networking Event

What do Carl "The Cobra" Froch; England rugby internationals and Leicester Tigers Lewis Moody MBE and Dan Hipkiss; Double Olympian Bryan Steel; former Nottinghamshire cricketers Darren Bicknal and Basher Hassan; and John McGovern, former captain of the Double European Champions Nottingham Forest have in common? They all meet "The Voice of BBC Radio Nottingham" - Colin Slater MBE - at Independent Business Association Networking Events!

The Independent Business Association (IBA) are pleased to again announce another outstanding success at the "Celebrity-Sports-Drive". The evening business networking meeting event, in partnership with Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham, was held at their prestigious new Headquarters at NG2 Business Park in Nottingham at the end of July.

On a hot and sticky summer's evening the IBA still managed to have a full house of businesses, local dignitaries and a whole host of "Sporting Legends". The successful evening concluded with a wonderful buffet supplied by Mercedes-Benz of Nottingham

Robert Pearson, IBA Chairman was pleased to confirm that the whole evening was a great success, with over 200 people attending, with in excess of 170 businesses being represented.

Nottingham City Council & IBA Business Breakfast Meeting, Networking and Buffet Event

Nottingham City Council in Partnership with the Independent Business Association will be holding a Breakfast Business and Networking Event "Together for Success.

Nottingham City Council Leading the Way Forward! Topics include: How to Beat the Recession - Local Procurement - Developing Business Opportunities - New eBusiness Potential.

This special RSVP business event will be held at the prestigious showrooms of Mercedes Benz of Nottingham at the NG2 Business Park in Nottingham on Wednesday 15th of July 2009 with a 7.30am for 8.00am start.

Colin Slater MBE "The Voice of BBC Radio Nottingham" will be Master of Ceremonies. This special event will include a Government Minister along with the Deputy Leader of Nottingham City Council Councillor Graham Chapman, and Barrie Horne the Corporate Director of Environment and Regeneration.

Colin Slater MBE will be interviewing Nottingham Business Leaders including Nigel Skill Managing Director of Skills Holidays, Mr. Butt Chairman of Butt Foods Limited, Ms Tineke Oliver Managing Director of Tineke Software Development.

Nottingham Is Not Happy With The Ban Of A-Boards !!

Following on from my recent communication regarding the A-Board situation in Nottingham there has been an astonishing feedback which has been particularly aggressive from members and the general public. So much so that people are so passionate to stop this action a demonstration has now been organised to take place on 7th July 2009 in the Nottingham Market Square.
